Cancellation Policy

Edukan allows customers to cancel eligible orders under the following conditions:

Order Cancellation

1. Orders may be canceled before shipment confirmation.
2. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

How to Cancel

Customers can request cancellation by contacting Edukan customer support with their order details.

Seller and Vendor Orders

Wholesale or bulk orders from vendors and sellers may be subject to separate cancellation conditions.

Edukan’s Right to Cancel

Edukan reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

1. Product unavailability
2. Pricing or technical errors
3. Suspicious or fraudulent activities

Refund After Cancellation

If payment has already been completed for a canceled order, the refund will be processed according to the Refund Policy.
